Prior to the session, an analysis of financials are done in conjunction with our corporate finance partner Corbett Keeling. During the workshop, typically the CEO, head of finance, and other key executives participate in the sessions. Findings are then processed, with a full report prepared and presented within the following 2-3 weeks.

In 2018, Curt was the first independent director (and then Chairman) to assist the founder, Benjamin Rubin, in determining his capital funding strategy, growth plans, and executive team improvement. The result was two rounds of family office funding and coordinating the sale of the business to Bullhorn at a top-of-the-market ARR multiple.

In 2019, Curt advised the incoming CEO on management buy-in, value increase, positioning for sale, growth strategies, M&A, sales team improvements, and entering new markets. The result was entry into the new markets of e-mobility and med-tech, a doubling of valuation, and finding an excellent home for future growth.

Curt Hopkins is the founder and CEO of Consilium Ventures, a venture-building business in climate tech, fintech, and software. Curt is also a senior advisor and co-founder of Zefiro Methane, a climate tech firm that aims to stop methane leaking from abandoned and orphaned oil and gas wells. He grew the company as CEO from the start to $33m in revenue in the lead-up to an IPO in Q1 2024. (read more)
Curt Hopkins is the founder and CEO of Consilium Ventures, a venture-building business in climate tech, fintech, and software. He grew the company as CEO from the start to $33m in revenue in the lead-up to an IPO in Q1 2024.

Curt was the chairman of Sirenum, a scale-up SaaS business in workforce management ranked by the Financial Times as the 10th fastest-growing tech company in the UK. Bullhorn acquired Sirenum in July 2021. Curt has a significant interest in sustainable tech as a senior advisor at Drake & Farrell B.V., a circular supply chain business. He is also a board director at Stewardship, a leading philanthropic charity in the UK.

Previously, Curt was Chief Executive of Telenomics, a technology retail business. He also led the buyout of Redeem, a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 firm in the circular economy, where he was CEO. Prior positions include senior executive roles at Vodafone, Nortel and Fujitsu.

Curt, originally from Chicago, graduated from Georgia Tech with an MSc in Management and lives outside London, England.
